Cajupi Hotel is situated in the heart of Gjirokastra just before entering the old bazaar and used to be the old “turizmi” hotel. The restaurant and panoramic bar, the conference room and majority of the 40 rooms have been totally renovated recently offering the necessary comfort of a good hotel. The café in the first floor displays hand carved wooden furniture and chairs, while the walls have mural paintings of the socialist realism genre a distinctive thing. The roof garden offers wonderful views of the city, Drino valley and Cajupi plateau, which name this hotel has adopted. In the restaurant you will find a variety of traditional home meals cooked with care by masters of the traditional kitchen.
